too much TLC will kill your houseplant.

Overwatered plants will have yellow or brown FLEXIBLE feeling leaves while underwatered plants will have brown or yellow tipped leaves that are crunchy.
Rule of thumb – push your index finger into the soil up to your second knuckle, if it’s dry, then water it!
Remember that clay pots wick moisture away much quicker so they’ll dry out faster.
