Wait to plant these gorgeous bulbs until the soil has warmed. I suggest June! I planted them too early and the bulbs rotted. bummer!
Plant knobby side up, 2 inches deep and about 10 inches apart. These stunners are annuals so enjoy the season of color!

If you dug up bulbs last Fall, clean them up, check for mushy parts and cut those out. Divide your bulbs making sure there’s at least 1 eye per division.
I recently read an article about how much bacteria is on those bags and it was frightening. We use them for all kinds of things and then don't always think to wash them.
It's easy to just toss them in with a load of clothes or, if they're the more plastic type, hand wash them.
